  1. The Town of Haddam announces that the Annual Budget Meeting and a Special Town Meeting will be held at the Haddam Fire Station # 1 on Wednesday, May 18, at 6:30 pm. All town residents are asked to attend. A complete detailed copy of the 2022-2023 budget is on file at the Town Office Building for review. (Town of Haddam)
  2. State Senator Norman Needleman was first elected to the Connecticut State Senate in 2018. He was re-elected in 2020 and has now been unanimously endorsed to run for a third term representing the 33rd District. (lymeline.com)
  3. Ten police dog teams graduated Friday in Connecticut’s 227th Narcotics and Firearms Detection K-9 Class. These elite, k-9s mean bad news for the bad guys. (Patch)
